I gonna highlight my hair and get it cut. should i cut my hair and highlight it? or highllight and get it cut? cuz i have no clue!!! pls help

Your best bet is to get it done in one trip.
Normally, when you go to a salon and get both done, they will highlight your hair, then cut it. Might as well get them done and over with. |
