Okay i have found out a way to get free ringtones on a certain cellphone.
The Samsung E-315, i have tried it on the E105 but it doesnt work. I think thought it will work on the E-316 and above. Its really easy. First get an MIDI Files, i tried MMF but it dont work. Then you just email it to your phone. It should come up as a "Picture Message", you go to "save Content" and you pick sound. THen you change the name or leave it and just save it. Thats about it to get free ringtones, if you need questions just PM me. (oh by the way dont be dissapointed if the sound quality isnt quite like the phone, or if the song is delayed before it actually plays. Its just the cellphone.)
