It's more about a guy encountering girls and always deciding who's the one he really loves. He's really 'wishy-washy', I guess. He always seems to move one girl to the other. But I agree the manga is a little graphic -_-;;. I think that the only English translation is out in the internet. But I did see the 'raw' manga, which is still in Japanese in a Borders bookstore. A part of the manga, shall we?
