Image mapping.., i don't get it |

i am trying to make my own skin. I used image mapping, but it won't work. when i put the code in, there is just and "X"...I think i might have somehow put the code wrong
 Please help

Basically you have to save your image, and go to an image hosting site like Photobucket, or Image Shack and host your image and replace "swtelegance.j" with the url that they give you for your image.
