I think my boyfriend's cousin is in love with me :-/ and I really don't know what to do because I don't want to hurt his feelings, but there is NO way I could be with him or flirt with him. If you've seen me post before, or seen my introduction, you know that...I don't want to sound mean and tell him flat out that I don't love him back, but I can't tell Josh either, because I don't want to cause problems. I just don't know what to do because I enjoy his friendship and he's part of Josh's family :-/. It's really confusing. Any advice?

Your best bet is just to try to act is if though he has no feelings towards you. I'm sure he's grown fond of you, because he might hear about you all the time from your boyfriend. That's happened between my friend and I. She used to tell me about her boyfriend all the time, and I had ended up developing this sort of crush, but then after awhile, I got over it.
If anything, sit down with him, and talk to him about the situation, tell him it's awkward, and that nothing is ever going to come out of you two except a friendship. Just tell it like it is. |
