disabling header navigation bar Options

is it possible to disable the LEFT sided links only?
i.e. disable"username, review, events and subscribe"
leaving "xanga, join/username, sign out" unaffected


and this code CANNOT disable the navigation bars in review/events page
i would like to disable them in these pages as well...
