ok I keep seeing people saying that skins dont work on firefox, but they work on this or that. what is firefox and all those other things they are saying?

ok, but i'm trying to find out what firefox and ie and all of those do( what are they, what do they mean, whats their purpose)
ive just been seeing people talking about it on here, and i dont even know what theyre talking about. |
