OK so i want a tounge ring but my mom wont let me get one....and im only 14 but i was gonna make a deal with her when i was 16 if i could get it done but everyone is telling me that she wont let me do it....also...if you do...DID IT HURT???

im pretty damn sure that it would hurt. i mean, try pinching your tongue and see if that hurts?
if your mom still doesnt let you pierce it then do it yourself
