Sounds pretty weird, I know. My parents buy these special bananas that are shorter yet fatter than normal bananas.. and we fry it in a pan with sugar and it is sooo good. I guess you could use a normal banana but make sure it's really ripe. Have you ever tried it?

yes i've tried it at Thai restraunts. i like the ones with the sticky rice..so goood! o..and coconut icecream. mmm...
