transparent background of my header?, how do u make the background transparent |

it's kinda hard to explain, but i want to make the background of my header in my xanga transparent and i also want to put a border around it. exactly like my left module, and my blog entries. i looked through the scripts, but i didn't find anything. (unless i overlooked it or somethin)

sry.
 i was talkin bout that part on the top of my xanga where the music drop down list and the "createblog" link is. that part with a black background and no border way at the top, right under the ad. i wanted to put a white border around it and make it have a transparent background exactly like my left module and blog entries. thanks a bunch in advance and sry for the impatience
