Resizing Popup window to fit an image, PLZ HELP!!! Options

I have been trying to find a script to resize a popup window to fit an image. I have an iFrame layout so I need the code to allow people to access my links inside the popup window.

I have found a few website wit tutorials but they are VERY confusing!! And I can never figure it out.

If any of u know the script i would appricaite your help. Or if you know a link to a non-confusing tutorial site on this I would love it. THANK

THANKZ a mil for the code...but it doesnt work

when I put it in my code in page and try to click on the link it says page not found. and when I hover over my link on the bottom of my page it says:

y is it doing this and I've tried everything to get it to work but it keeps puting my URL in front of the code is there anyway to fix it?
