Heres some poems by me..would love you opinions..

Little One

she hears his footsteps echo in the hall
the numbers; they come again
over and over they fall
counting how many times he tears her apart
theres only so much in her tiny heart
she wishes he would go away
and leave her alone for just a day
but that wish; there is no way
he has to have her everyday
tied down and so naive
she feels her soul fall from a place unseen

The Scavenger
his eyes are searching
for the perfect piece
the only piece that can make her complete
over and over he can see it in his mind
but to his surprise it has been impossible to find
deeper and deeper he looks
the thought of giving up never gracing his mind
screws, bolts and books
he doesn't need those things
he needs something special
something only the heart can achieve


Daddy

mother why do you lie..
mother what did I do?
father why wont you hold me?
am I too broken and used?
mother can't you see
that i do this for you..
to make you believe in me..
to make you proud..
father can't you love me?
can't you tell me its ok?
why am I crying over things you'll never say..
why am I dying
just to be turned away..
mother I will continue loving..
despite your cold, hard ways..
father I will continue to admire..
the dad I know and love..
until you can see the beauty i have inside
I will walk this path carved into my mind..
maybe one day i'll meet you there..
and maybe..just maybe..
you'll finally care..

thanks It doesn't take me along time to write them..really all it takes is something to write about and I write until I find a good stopping place. Heres a couple more..

Lovely Midnight

the stars burn brightly
illuminating the sky
she holds him close
never wanting to let go
the song of summer sings in the air
its the beautiful midnights she lives for
her blue eyes ablaze
a sign of her change
but her lover is oblious to the oncoming pain
this beautiful moment
soon shattered by the start
a roaring sound of embers
breaks the silent night
he whispers," I will always love you"
and holds his lover close
afraid that she might see it
the end
the beginning of eternity..

Three

This is my letter
my only letter to you
the one who filled my life
with beautiful sunlight
I hope that you will find this
buried deep within my heart
wrapped carefully with the memories
that I couldn't bare to live without
i'm sorry if the words are faded
and somewhat hard to read
but when I shoved it deep inside of me
it was kinda hard not to bleed
please look in my heart and set this letter free
and look for the words, theres only three
..I love you

Together

..your begging me to leave..
but I can't..its impossible you see
even though I'd die to leave
this broken house..this messed up family..
they need me..
they need to see
that the way they live is not how its meant to be..
If I die..trying to make them see
...please just remember me..
remember my laughter and let it give you hope..
remember my playful nature..and let it bring a smile to your face..
remember how much I loved to love..
and let it keep the fire in your heart burning..
and please keep my family together..
finish what I died trying to start
