well ive had constant stomache pains for like 2 or 3 months now and i have no clue what there from and i told my parents but they dont really believe me now im wondering if somethings wrong or not

You probably have to see a doctor. Tell them if they won't take you, you'll get someone else to. Explain to them how serious the pain is and tell them that you're worried it could be something serious.
