I have a question were you ever a cutter? If so When? And How did u deal/stop?

Yeah, there are a lot of these.
Anyway, I've been a cutter for 7 or 8 months, to answer your first question. Personally, I'm not sure how to stop. Some people say if you get involved with artsy things and stuff like that, it'll take your mind off of the cutting. Some other people say that if you have a rubberband on your wrist (or wherever you cut) and when you feel the urge to cut, you snap it and it's supposed to fulfill the urge as much as you can without really cutting. *shrugs* I haven't tried to stop, so I guess I'm not much help. |
