i was at the tennis courts this morning...n this girl about 15 was down there with her friend who has a 2 week old baby and both their bfs...both the girls were dressed like complete sluts and would change clothes every few hours..no one even watched the kid...what if u have a child that grows up like that...slutty n doing drugs or getting pregnant...or just being one of the slutty "bad kids"...i think now im scared to have a kid cuz i dont want one like that

personally, i think it's the "kid" themselves. i was born and raised in a pretty beat down neighborhood but i consider myself very well-grounded. i'm a straight A student in all Honors courses. we moved from that town into a pretty nice neighborhood and i'm still the same. i haven't changed at all, not that i know of.

i love my parents because they taught me well and were always there for me, they taught me all my morals and values and i respect them very much. it really depends on the way you look at things. some kids are easily influenced by who they hang out with too. i once had a friend who SEEM like she would never do anything bad. she was very good and everything but as soon as she started hanging out with this one group of people- she started to steal, sneak out at night, speak in a vulgar language, smoke, drink, and is now pregnant with her second child. she had her first child at the age of 15 and dropped out of school. went back to school for 3 months during her sophmore year and then left again. she is now 17 years old, working at Cici's Pizza.
