Little Story
![]() I onced had thick hair. I weighed 123-124 and i starved myself, so by that, i weighed 119, and my mom says from starving myself i lost my hair, well its thickness, and i was wondering if you girls now how to gain it back, i do have one answer, but i just want your opinions that's all. |

oh and also, make sure that before you do any activities and especially with weightlifting, stretch every muscle that you'll be using or focusing on. it'll take down the chances of you getting hurt. i stretch afterwards too, but that's just me, so i don't get bulky.. how limber you are can decide a lot of sparring matches.
