Pimples-
a) wash your face atleast once a day. b) take showers in the morning and at night. drys pimples without overdrying them c) use a face wash that works. ex - dove, neutrogina, clean n clear d) you can use plain vinegar to wipe on your face. My grandma (dermatologist) used it on my skin, improvement. e) use a concelear that is oil-free Teeth - a) brush atleast twice a day b) try listerine (dentist says that it helps brush away stains) c) avoid dark drinks that stain teeth Fitness - a) eat breakfast, helps keep carvings for food at a down low. b) Eat as much fruits and veges as you want c) exercise. ex- dance, walk, bicycle, etc. d) divide your food into smaller proportions |

hmm, i'll try the vinegar. but my skin is super super sensitive. so, i hope nothing bad happens.
