Placing blog on image...problems, help |

Ok i tried all the tutorials on here for making a xanga layout, but im having problems with my image, its image mapped so i dont know if thats the problem but i cant get the blog on top of the image...
Here is what i mean >>> Could someone please tell me what im doing wrong? |
