okay. to start off, I have no idea what kind of bumps you are tlakign about, but I have prepetual goose bumps (lol, tha'ts jsut what I call them)

that's another reason why I don't shave my legs cause otherwise some of the bumps pop and (ouch) not pretty..acutally, very ugly, and they grow back all weird so ya, not a nice experience. as I was saying, I was born with perpetual goose bumps, they arn't too noticible tho...I mean, htey're jsut as noticle as..well, goose bumps, lol. I went to the doctor once and we asked him about them and he said it was genetic, and it's nothing to worry about ti's just effects how your skin looks and feels, notihng more stubborn.gif oh sure, "nothing" to worry about...hmph....I guess it's "nothing" to worry aobut if you don't care how you look _dry.gif

anyways, I REALLY don't care...acutally it's kidna nice, cause I can say that's why I don't shave my legs (which is partly true...but it's also cause I'm too lazy tongue.gif ) and the people are like "awww, that must be annoying" and then they feel all sorry for me and stuff, which is AWSOME!! lol...so I Get away without shaving my legs and no one cares, haha...works for me. rolleyes.gif

anwyay, I don't know why I'm blabbering on aobut my own little deaseases whistling.gif I think you should go see the doctor and ask him about it. cool.gif
