I know this is a really really sensitive issue, and i do want to approach it in a way that will give me an understanding, and help. if people find this offensive, please note that i am in no way trying to be. i just need some insight.

there's a problem in my hall with the students. I am in the RA in the hall, and it seemed to work out that all the african american students were put into one hallway (i still think my director did this on purpose, because i think she's a racist)

well, anyway, things were going good in the begining of the year, until i had to write a student up for a noise violation. then the girls started to be mean.

they call not only me, but all white ppl "crackers" when they walk down the hall. They yell and scream all hours of the night and day. whenever i ask them to please quiet down (it is midterm week) Ok, the major thing is when I had to write someone up for alcohol (they were underage) they started to fight with me, saying i was writing them up because they were black. i've even seen them pick on a girl who was half white, half black, calling her a traitor, and she was not really black.

let me state i am not racist in the least. my aunt is black, and i'm friends with all sorts of ppl, male and female, from different countries. i know ppl from kosovo, guinea, middle east, etc.

it just seems that these girls are acting in a group, trying to intimidate everyone. why would they bring up such an issue as race, and try to make it a problem.

i just thought maybe someone has gone through this before. i tried to tell my director, but she says "we don't need lawyers in here." this was after an african american student beat up a girl because she tried to ask this girl why she didn't like her for 'being white'. the girl got off free.

I understand your feelings , let them know that you treat everyone the same and use examples of what they say to show them whos really the racist one.
