I sort of have trouble keepin myself away from food..I've noticed I've got a little bit fatter, what can i do??

if you find yourself reaching for the junk food, imagine the food glued onto your ass and stomach. not attractive.
i go through like a bag of grapes every few days. they're yummy. |
