okay i have this problem where i like someone so much that im so scared to tell him and that he'll tell his friends and say why is she asking me that? im just afraid of rejection {YES i know its part of life} but what would you do?

I would tell him, because I always tell guys I like that I like them. Don't be afraid; just think of what you could be missing out on if you don't tell him! Good luck!
