Hey guys, when you make avatars and purty pictures [sorry, im in a hurry so i cant think...] wat program do you use??? I wanna so hard to edit my pictures to make them look pretty, or maybe make backgrounds or something...but i need a program to do it with

i use the gimp....it has a lot of the features of photoshop and its free......awesome program ...you should check it out
