the people who were late had to run laps once as a fear mechanism, but it worked and we never had to do it again (i never had to do it at all). that was entirely the assiistant BDs doing as it was, actually. hes generally the nicer one, but hes been implementing scare tactics a lot lately, like the pop playing tests
