When you say you are over somebody, and you still think about them. But when you think about them, you don't have any feelings at all. That person just POPS in your mind. Does that mean that yuo are not over thet person?

When you are "over" someone, you dont here them in yur head, or have them come into your head. The only way they would get "into" your head is if yur made yur head thing like that. XD no sense...it just means yur not oer them.
