am i selfish? my boyfriend has to do a band festival this year on my boyfriend. this is the first ever birthday that he would have been with me.. here ill show you the coverstation just a while ago.

Ryan: *takes her hands and kisses them* Me: really. its alright. i-i-ill just go on a walk or stay in my room or something. Ryan: *looks down* meg.. love.. honey.. i really want to be there for you.. but.. ugh. Me: its ok ry.. ill find something to do. maybe draw a new picture or something. ______________________________ i cried. my past has been really dificult for me.. i've never really had a good birthday. something always goes wrong, and everyone always has something to do, even my parents and sister. sometimes they dont even remember. ryan knows all about my past. i really wanted himthere for me.. and im angry with him for not being there with me, i cried. am i selfish for being angry with him? |

Naw, i don't think you're being selfish. It's just you want to spend your birthday with the one you love and now he is kinda bailing out. It's okay to be mad, but don't go over board.
