am i selfish? my boyfriend has to do a band festival this year on my boyfriend. this is the first ever birthday that he would have been with me.. here ill show you the coverstation just a while ago.

Ryan: no its not....I want you to have a good b-day this year.. i know your past meg.. Ryan: *takes her hands and kisses them* Me: really. its alright. i-i-ill just go on a walk or stay in my room or something. Ryan: *looks down* meg.. love.. honey.. i really want to be there for you.. but.. ugh. Me: its ok ry.. ill find something to do. maybe draw a new picture or something. ______________________________ i cried. my past has been really dificult for me.. i've never really had a good birthday. something always goes wrong, and everyone always has something to do, even my parents and sister. sometimes they dont even remember. ryan knows all about my past. i really wanted himthere for me.. and im angry with him for not being there with me, i cried. am i selfish for being angry with him? |

 i'm really sorry that u have bad experiences with ur past birthdays tho =/ and it does really suck to not have ur bf be there for you this time considering he knows bout ur past n all himself, so i can see where the disappointment and anger is coming from.. but hey from wat i can tell from the conversation, he really cares about you and wishes the festival wasnt on that day.. seems like a sweet guy. i'm sure if that band thing wasnt so important, he'd try to get out of it n stuff jus to be with you =) how bout asking him if he can do somethin with you after the festival thing? or even go with him to it to watch him, atleast ull be spending time with him =) n bring ur friends so ur not alone whilst watchin him n u can have a good time =D then do sth alone with him after the whole festival thing.. cuz im sure u want some alone time with him on ur bday! =) to get it off ur chest tho u should tell him how bad ur feeling.. dont say anything that would start a fight tho =( cuz remember, he's really a sweet guy who cares about you! its just everything's bad timing n stuff.. jus tell him like 'eh i jus feel like shit that every year sth has to come up on my bday' like tellin him ur unhappy bout him having sth to do on ur bday but not in a way that ur saying he's such an a-hole.. cuz he didnt do it on purpose! =) eh im like blabbing on n making an essay here SORRY!!! take care n have fun ok!! =) gluck! |
