am i selfish? my boyfriend has to do a band festival this year on my boyfriend. this is the first ever birthday that he would have been with me.. here ill show you the coverstation just a while ago.

Me: its ok ry.. ill find something to do. maybe draw a new picture or something. ______________________________ i cried. my past has been really dificult for me.. i've never really had a good birthday. something always goes wrong, and everyone always has something to do, even my parents and sister. sometimes they dont even remember. ryan knows all about my past. i really wanted himthere for me.. and im angry with him for not being there with me, i cried. am i selfish for being angry with him? |

No, you're not being selfish. What you should do is go watch him at his band festival. It would make him happy and I think that you being there for him would make you happy too. If you can't or don't want to do that, then just plan your day with him another day. It doesn't specifically have to be on your birthday, right?
