umm im trying to do some very very simple animation basically this simple so wats a good program for this?

Um.. what you posted uses flash. Macromedia Flash (MX ?)
Flash is pretty difficult, so I don't think what you wanted is going to do that simple an animation.. Although you can always use animation shop or something. And have different frames and yea.. Animation shop is REALLY simple. JASC Animation Shop. Or you can try Adobe ImageReady (a little harder)... |
