my upper lip is kinda bumpy from plucking...
 can i make it smoother somehow? like as in less bumpy...help?? |

Maybe some moisterizing lotion to help the bumps. then I suggest using some other type of way to remove the hair on your upper lip area. Like hair removal lotion?
