HI!!!!
ok so there is this RAcist dude at my school, and he has been tryin to pick a fight w/ me all year...like he makes fun of my race...calls me a piece of shit...and hell more stuff i dont wanna mention... buy this week, he passed the line, we were playin foosball and i scored so i went under the table to get the ball, and he stepped on my joint that connects my leg to my foot and then dropped his backpack on my and it HURT LIKE SHIT. then i couldnt walk w/ out hurt...and couldnt rotate my foot...so i had to go 2 doc..now i'm better and w/ one question..if u were me...would u kick this guys ass? |

O plz, kicking his ass isn't gonna help the situation. even if you successfully did, there's always that ominous situation where you guys meet up again and then you gotta think: "are we gonna fight now again?" and then you'll start trying to avoid him, why bother.
File a police report. you have witnesses. make him pay for damages mental and physical. in a capitalist society like America, hit em where it hurts: their bank accounts. that way his parents have to get involved, and then he'll be in major shit. you don't even need a lawyer! just go to small claims court. |
