I have a problem, my boyfriend doesn't like the way I dress, cause I'm gothic. He told i HAVE to start wearing more 'girly" clothes. I don't mind changing a little of my wardrobe for him, but saying no more leather braclets, chains, spikes, and No black clothes what so ever is a little overboard. To me, clothing is just what i like to wear, it doesn't change who i am, i don't see why he can't see that. I really don't want to give everything up, but i want him to be happy. Can anyone help me out here?

yeah he's an ass if he thinks he can tell you how to dress. just shows that he only likes you for the way you dress or somethin.. tell him to lay off and give him an example of how it would feel for him if you did the same to him.
