I have an old pc I'm giving to my cousin. I want to erase my history and stuff. How do you do it? Can you make it so its wiped clean?

no, reformatting erases the index portion of the drive.
it's basically like tearing out the table of contents and index of a book. sure, you can't SEE the information with your comptuer, and it looks blank, but there are programs that can retrive this information. |
