Since I do got about 5 years on most of you guys... I'll take that into consideration for me benching so much more than yall :-D
In highschool I could bench 340lbs max. Now, I can only bench about 260lbs max. 1-arm Deadcurl 80lbs...(I could do more, but my wrist can't take the weight like my arm can) |
