 I dunno..I have gone up to girls befor n stuff' that I liked But...When I go up to this girl I just freeze...It's never happened to any other girls I meet n liked but this girl I just freeze up to... Any edvice to stop the freezeing up.. >.<

build up your confidence a little bit more. take a few breaths, calm down, and once your relaxed. tell her how you feel. Good luck.
