ok so my parents are going to buy me a car but they said it has to be out of the dealer they dont want anything older than a 2000 so they gave me a $17,000 spending limit what car should i go with im looking for something thats nice comfortable and thats modifiable any ideas???

yeah im leaning towards the cobalt right now but cant make my decision without test driving all 3
