I want to make a skin but then I dont understand what this is about and how to fill it in. And then I just tried guessing it but then it never worked out so I'm thinking this is the problem... Why do you need this? What is this? How do you fill this in?

uhh theres a turtorial on this but ill tell you that those are to postion your blog like how big and where u want it to be at.
