Sorry I already made another topic today.. but I need to know.
What's the best pain-killer?? I NEED to know cause I just got my braces tightened with THREE elastics (that I hafta wear 24/7) and it killlllllllllllllllllllllls.

didn't they give you some choices at the ortho?
 but i am sure that tylenol, ibuprofen(sp?) or Bayer should work.
