people label music. i'm interested in how you label music. what do you consider "emo", "punk", "slowjam", "r&b", "hip hop", "rap", "pop", "hardcore", "metal", "rock", "alternative", "grunge", "industrial", "trance", "house", "techno", "country", "screamo", "soul", "ballads", "reggae", and the list goes on and on (add more to the list if you wish).

i just want to see the diversity in the definitions of each "genre".

"Modern Jazz", "Funk" , "Light Rock" , "Mainstream Music" - "underground Music" , "Folk" , for all of u think John Mayer is Emo or Light Rock your wrong . John Mayer is a modern folk singer . ...sigh people categorizing artists in the wrong genre
