people label music. i'm interested in how you label music. what do you consider "emo", "punk", "slowjam", "r&b", "hip hop", "rap", "pop", "hardcore", "metal", "rock", "alternative", "grunge", "industrial", "trance", "house", "techno", "country", "screamo", "soul", "ballads", "reggae", and the list goes on and on (add more to the list if you wish).
i just want to see the diversity in the definitions of each "genre". |

i dunno if these are genres they are to me, but,
powerpop, and electronica i think emo, is like bright eyes, and tbs, kinda sad, and kinda slow, not really much screaming. but mean alot. and.. screamo emo with screaming. which is plain cool. soul umm, like india.arie, and macy gray, i love it, slow and just simple and sweet. dunno if thats even what you wanted, but tats what i think of each genre. |
