Hey, I've been smoking for three years, I need help quitting cold Turkey, got any tips? I've tried the patch but as soon as i stopped i started smoking again, Grrr I need help!

Tell everyone that you're quitting, and hopefully get some encouragement and support from them.
Err... probably chew gum whenever you are craving to smoke? Anyways, wish you good luck in quitting!
