Title Text in Left Modules |

I've been having a little trouble making the title text of the left modules on my skin showing up. Here's the link
I saw in the xanga scripts forum that there was a code for glowing text and i thought maybe that would work. But i couldn't figure out how to code it for the title text. I'm not the best with html coding...  Thanks for your help! |

I've tried both light and dark colors. But since it goes between the white background and the black and yellow hair...you can't pick either light or dark.
 And i mentioned i had seen that code...but i don't know how to use it for the title text...cause it's only for links and the entry text.
