hmm does anyone know how to make icons that move? do you have to have a certian computer program?

make separate frames with the icon you want positioned in different locations (eg. first center, then left, then right, etc). after you're done making some frames, use an animation program to put the frames together. be sure to check the Animation Shop tutorial [under the webdesign topics]
