okay, yeah, pardon me for being so asian and mindy-like but... which colleges are all of you aspiring to attend and more importantly, why do you want to attend those specific colleges? just trying to figure out what exactly motivates teens toward their proclaimed "dream schools."
edit: seems like a lot of people in our generation are planning to pursue careers in law.. what attracted you guys to the profession? in fact, whatever field you might want to enter, what attracted you to that field? |

yeah--stanford is NOT an ivy.
my counselor showed me stats from my school last year, and there were a bunch of 1600's with 4.1 GPAs that did not get into an ivy. even with early decision/early action. |
