Not working, Why is none of this working |

I have a standard xanga site and I wanted to add a skin. I browsed through and I copy and pasted as it says but it doesn't work. Like it does but my site looks all messed up and all of my modules and whatnot disapear and Im just confused I dont know what Im doing
