Hey, I've been smoking for three years, I need help quitting cold Turkey, got any tips? I've tried the patch but as soon as i stopped i started smoking again, Grrr I need help!

well i smoke,been smoking for 2 yrs now and truthfully, i stopped for almost a year, no patches, i just told myself this "u can do it"...if u REALLY want to quit, u can do it, u just stop, but i started again because, i got pushed, family problems, boy problems and i dont wanna quit, not now. Good luck, its not easy
