Hey, I've been smoking for three years, I need help quitting cold Turkey, got any tips? I've tried the patch but as soon as i stopped i started smoking again, Grrr I need help!

yeah just try to lessen gradually and perhaps try the gum or something else to do instead of taking a smoke...good luck!
