I`ve seen tons of preps wearing converse. How does everyone feel about this? I think its very cute.

Half my school wears Chucks. Then again its a very liberal school. The noticeable people that wear Chucks are the hippies and thats because their's are falling apart. I don't wear mine much anymore. Sandals are easier to put on in the morning.
 If the preps at my school wore Chucks I wouldn't care. Some of the "ghetto" kids wear them. It bugs me that something as stupid as shoes should have to fit a subculture. Especially ones that used to be for the poor kids (ask your parents about that) Even in white trash highschools you'd get laugh at for wearing those back when our parents were kids.
