marquee, ..wont work Options

okay so im making a page for someone and the marquee wont work.

when i entered the marquee into my html, the text box is deleted. closing the first div wont work.

any suggestions?

and for some reason the marquee is before the text box, but i want it to be

hhh...can anyone help me?

thats how i see it well i see only one picture tho... of a flower and its bigger than the box
