I have a friend who I love to death, but the only thing I don't like about her is that though she has an awesome boyfriend who loves her very much, she flirts shamelessly with other guys when he's not around. I mean, she doesn't kiss them or anything [at least when I'm not around], but it's just hardcore flirting, like her grabbing other guys' butts, hugging/holding each other as if they're going out, and having their arms around each other as if they're together when they walk around. Her boyfriend is like a big brother to me, but I dunno. Should I say something about it to him, or leave it up to my friend to tell him?

You love her to death? Why would you tell her boyfriend, instead of bringing it to her. You only do both you and your friend wrong if you tell him. That is unnecessary, unless it becomes a point where it is 'hardcore cheating.' I suggest you talk to the girl, first, and if she refuses or denies it, than talk to her boyfriend as a last resort.
